Is this gambling? Do I need money?
No. Chips are free play money: you get them for free, and they can never be bought, sold or cashed out. There is no deposit and nothing to withdraw.
Do I need an account?
Not to look around. Streams, chat, markets, leaderboards and clubs are open to everyone. You sign in, with Twitch or email, only to make a call or claim Chips.
How do I get Chips?
1,000 when you sign up, then a daily claim: 100 Chips, rising to 500 when you come back seven days in a row. Right calls win more.
How much does a right call pay?
Each call is a pool. Everyone on the winning side shares the pot in proportion to their stake, after a 5% house cut. The multiplier on each side shows what it pays right now and moves as people call. A right call never pays back less than your stake.
What is the early bonus?
"Who wins the series" opens days before a match. Calling it early makes your stake count up to 25% more when the winners split the pot; the bonus shrinks as the start gets closer.
Why was my call refunded?
A call placed in the last 45 seconds before a market closes is refunded in full (5 seconds on next-round markets), so nobody wins on a delay. A market that can't be settled fairly is voided, and everyone gets their stake back.

How do leaderboards work?
Each competition has its own board, and everyone starts at zero. It ranks accuracy: calling an upset scores more than calling the favourite. You appear after 20 calls in that competition, and nothing you can buy changes your rank.
What are Gems?
An optional currency for profile looks, like frames and name styles. Gems never turn into Chips and never change a call or a rank.
